Locked out, or just time for a fresh password? Here's how to reset a forgotten password or change your current one.
If you've forgotten your password
To reset a forgotten Stitch password:
Go to the Stitch Log in screen and select Forgot password?
Enter the email address you used to create your Stitch account.
Select Reset password.
Check your inbox for a reset email from Stitch and follow the link inside. You'll be taken to a screen where you can set a new password.
Once your new password is saved, you'll see a confirmation message and a Log into Stitch button to sign back in.
Note: Make sure you enter the same email address you registered with. If the email doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
If you want to change your password
To change your password while logged in:
Select More from the navigation menu.
Select Profile & Settings, then Account Information.
Select Change your password.
Enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm.
Select Change password.
A confirmation message will appear when your password has been updated.
