Your Stitch Reward Points add up every time you earn Membership Points - and once you have enough, you can exchange them for real-world rewards.
This article explains what you can redeem your Reward Points for and how to do it. You can see your current Reward Points balance on the Status & Rewards page, found under the More menu at the top of Stitch.
Redemption options
You can redeem your Stitch Reward Points for any of the following:
Renew your next year's Stitch membership
Upgrade your current Stitch membership
Receive a Stitch Store Gift Card
Donate to charity
You can redeem up to 100,000 Stitch Reward Points per year in total, across all options combined. Each option has its own minimum and, in some cases, its own sub-limit — these are covered in the sections below.
Note: Redemption requests are processed by the Stitch team. You will receive a confirmation by email once your request has been completed.
Renew your next year's Stitch membership
You can use your Stitch Reward Points to cover the cost of renewing your membership for the following year. The number of points required depends on your membership plan:
Basic membership: 42,000 points
Standard membership: 60,000 points
Plus membership: 90,000 points
The minimum required to use this option is 42,000 points.
Upgrade your current Stitch membership
You can use your Stitch Reward Points to upgrade your current membership plan. A minimum of 30,000 Stitch Reward Points is required to use this option.
Stitch Store Gift Card
You can redeem your Stitch Reward Points for a gift card to use in the Stitch Store. A minimum of 30,000 points is required, and you can redeem up to 40,000 points per year toward gift cards.
Important: Your Stitch Store Gift Card is valid for one year from its date of issue. It is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. No credit or change is given on any unused portion.
Donate to charity
You can donate your Stitch Reward Points to the Stitch Community, Stitch's not-for-profit charity dedicated to reducing loneliness and social isolation. The charity also operates as WipeOutLoneliness.org.
Your donation goes directly to people who have applied to Stitch for support — whether they are facing financial hardship, chronic illness, or extreme isolation.

Pending Reward Points
New Reward Points cannot be redeemed until 14 days after they were earned. This holding period helps protect the rewards system for all members.
Note: Points that are not yet redeemable appear under Pending Reward Points at the bottom of the Status & Rewards page.
How to redeem your Reward Points
To redeem your Stitch Reward Points:
Open Stitch and select More from the top menu.
Select Status & Rewards.
Select Redeem Points.
Choose the redemption option you want.
Follow the prompts to confirm your redemption.
Once you submit your redemption request, the Stitch team will process it and confirm via email.
