Stitch is built on the idea that great communities depend on members who treat each other with kindness and respect — and your feedback helps make that real. After activities and conversations, Stitch asks you to rate your experience so the community can recognize and celebrate members who go above and beyond, and so Stitch can monitor behavior to ensure everyone meets the standards that make this a safe, welcoming place. Whether you're showing appreciation for a great connection or flagging a concern, your feedback directly shapes the community around you.
Note: All feedback you give is completely anonymous. Stitch will never share your individual ratings with other members.

Types of feedback
Stitch currently collects two types of member feedback:
Feedback about activities you attend — submitted after you attend a Stitch activity
Feedback about member interactions — submitted after a private conversation or in-person meeting with another member
Give feedback about an activity you attended
After you attend a Stitch activity, Stitch sends you a feedback prompt for that activity. The prompt asks you to rate how the organizer made attendees feel.

To submit activity feedback:
Open the feedback prompt when Stitch sends it to you after the activity.
Select any positive options that match your experience — for example, "Friendly and welcoming". You can select as many positive options as apply.
If your experience was not good, select Not good. Stitch will then ask you to rate the activity as Just OK, Disappointing, Bad, or Terrible, and to select a reason.
Submit your feedback.
Important: The Terrible rating is reserved for serious issues — such as abuse or breaches of the Stitch Community Guidelines. Stitch will not accept a Terrible rating for minor complaints, such as the organizer running late.
Note: If other attendees (not the organizer) made your experience difficult, Stitch still encourages you to rate the organizer fairly based on their own behavior.
Your feedback is anonymous. Stitch aggregates feedback across all attendees and may send the organizer a congratulatory message — for example, "43 members said you were friendly and welcoming this month" — but Stitch will never share your individual rating with the organizer.
Give feedback about a member interaction
After a private conversation or in-person meeting with another Stitch member, you can rate that interaction. Rating member interactions helps Stitch identify members who consistently behave in ways that fall short of community standards.

To submit feedback about a member interaction:
Navigate to the conversation screen after a private message exchange, or find the member in your Member Network after an in-person meeting.
Open the feedback prompt for that member.
Select any positive options that describe their behavior. You can select as many positive options as apply.
If the interaction was not good, select **Not good**. Stitch will then ask you to rate the interaction and to select a reason.
Submit your feedback.
Important: The Terrible rating is reserved for serious issues — such as abuse or breaches of the Stitch Community Guidelines. Stitch will not accept a Terrible rating for minor complaints, such as a member being slow to reply.
You can update your feedback about a member at any time. When you submit a new rating, it automatically replaces your previous one. Stitch only ever considers your most recent feedback for each member.
Note: Rate only your own direct experience with that member — not what you have seen on their profile or heard from others.
Giving Stitch feedback about negative behavior is one of the most important ways you can help keep the community safe. When Stitch finds evidence that a member is consistently receiving negative feedback from a significant number of members, Stitch will take action — up to and including suspension or removal from the community. Your feedback protects not just you, but every member of the Stitch community.
