If you have just posted your first activity on Stitch and it is not live yet, that is expected. Stitch reviews your first activities before publishing them to make sure they follow the Stitch Community Guidelines and include all the information members need.
When do activities publish automatically?
Once you have published 3 in-person activities or 3 virtual activities, Stitch will automatically publish your future activities without a review.
Important: There are daily and weekly posting limits that can still trigger a review — even after you pass this threshold. See below.
Daily and weekly posting limits
Even after you have passed the initial review threshold, Stitch applies posting limits to keep activity notifications manageable for the community. Activities will publish automatically if you stay within these limits:
Up to 2 activities per day
Up to 3 activities per week
Note: If you post more than this, those additional activities will be sent to the Stitch team for review before going live.
After 30 activities
Once you have posted more than 30 activities in total, Stitch automatically publishes all your future activities — with no daily or weekly limits applied.
Private activities
Private activities always publish automatically on Stitch. The review process and posting limits apply to public activities only.
What happens during a review?
When an activity is sent for review, the Stitch team checks that it follows the Stitch Community Guidelines and includes all the details members need. You will receive a notification once your activity has been reviewed and published.
